Disneyland!!

In September my ENTIRE family went to Disneyland!! Needless to say we loved it and the girls ask me everyday when we can go back. It went by way too fast, but we were able to pack a lot of stuff in while we were there. Madi was an angel the entire trip and was in heaven when she saw Cinderella. Her favorite rides were Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror and Grizzly Rapids. I wasn't even sure if she would go on Tower of Terror, but she surprised me and absolutely loved it. Ellie's favorite character was of course Tinkerbell and her favorite rides were Dumbo, Peter Pan and Alice. She was a little grumpy at times, because she didn't have her normal routine, but I know she had a lot of fun.

The first morning there, we walked in and saw some characters. Madi wasn't too sure about the characters just yet, so she wasn't in this picture. If you'll notice, I am in most of the character pictures, the girls loved the characters as long as I was with them!!

Our family with Mickey Mouse

Madi anxiously waiting to get on Peter Pan!

The first princesses we saw- Mulan and Jasmine.

My little Madi Bug

Aunt Cali treated us all to the character breakfast one morning. It was so much fun to have the characters to ourselves and also enjoy a yummy breakfast. The characters that were there were- Minnie, Chip, Dale, Eeyore, Tigger, Captain Hook, and the Fairy Godmother. The kids absolutely loved it and we are so grateful Cali would do that for all of us. Thanks Cali!!

Ellie thinking about giving Tigger five.

Madi and Chip, he even gave her a big hug!!

Cali wanted a picture with all the grandkids, as you can see Ellie did not want to have her picture taken.

Madi loves her cousin Brady. This is them on Dumbo!

Another of Ellie's favorite rides at Disneyland- her stroller! She is my child who has to have her sleep.

My girls absolutely love princesses, and Madi's favorite is Cinderella. For those of you who don't know, you have to wait in line to see the princesses. You get to see 3 princesses and you don't know which ones you are going to see until it's your turn to go in. We were crossing our fingers that Cinderella would be there, because Madi was the most excited out of all the girls to see her favorite princess. They took us in and the 3 princesses were Mulan, Snow White and Ariel. Needless to say we were very disappointed, and we weren't sure if we were ever going to be able to catch Cinderella. As we were getting our picture taken with Mulan, Cinderella snuck into our picture. It was time for Mulan to go and Cinderella was taking her place, we lucked out and everyone was so excited especially Madi. All of our little princesses were able to see their favorite princesses that day, it couldn't have worked out any better!

Madi and Cinderella!!

Snow White

Ariel

Funny enough, Madi wasn't afraid to stand by Stitch all by herself...Go figure!

The kids watching the Pixar parade.

Ellie waiting in line.

One of the days we went to the beach. The water was a little cold at first, but once you got in and used to it, it wasn't too bad. Ellie loved being in the water, and loved going out with her dad.

Madi just wanted to do her own thing and didn't like going out too far.

Ellie sleeping again, she can fall asleep anywhere!!

Madi and Jenna

Mike spent the entire time at the beach out in the water. He loves being in the water and could have spent the entire vacation at the beach!

Our own little mermaids!

Madi waiting in line to see Tinkerbell

The girls and I with Fawn

Ellie absolutely LOVES Tinkerbell. She ran right up to her and wasn't even scared to get her picture all by herself!!

Madi and Tinkerbell

The best picture we could get in front of the castle. Madi wasn't happy because the sun was in her eyes.

The kids with Pluto

We were lucky enough to catch Belle one day too!

This picture was taken right after we got off the Grizzly Rapids ride. We were all completely soaked.

This picture pretty much sums up how we felt after our vacation- Exhausted!!

We had so much fun and can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to my parents who made it possible for all of us to go. We were so glad we could go with all my family, and the girls had so much fun with all of their cousins. Thanks again mom and dad!
